What would it be like if your life was a living example of Christ's words to God "that they (we) will be one just as we (Christ and God) are one'? (John 17:11) That's truly living IN Christ! Jesus says to God, "As You have sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world...so that they also would be make holy in the truth." (John 17:18-19) Living IN Christ, sent into the world for a relatively short time, remaining IN Christ, enlivened by His living water, bearing His fruit of love and life!

This week, we hear the often-misused Jesus' quote (v.16)"...whatever you ask the Father IN My name he wil give you." We often overlook the beginning of this verse: "You didn't choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you could go and produce fruit and so that your fruit could last. As a result, whatever you ask IN My name he will give you."
